I offer online psychotherapy sessions supporting individuals and couples.

 

For individuals, I help my clients overcome mental health challenges and achieve personal growth,  specialising in helping clients with trauma and PTSD.  

 

For Couples, I offer a safe space for your relationship challenges to be discussed and brought to resolution.

Sex Therapy

I offer online sex therapy sessions focusing on the somatic experience.

 

Working with individuals and couples I help you to discover ways to change and improve your relationship to your sexuality and sensuality.

3.

EMDR Therapy

Utilising EMDR therapy, and specialisng in helping clients overcome sexual abuse, I have extensive experience helping clients to overcome trauma including PTSD and C-PTSD.

 

EMDR is a very effective modality in these areas with an excellent track record.

Hypnotherapy

I offer online hypnotherapy sessions to help you to overcome, enhance or excel. I also teach self hypnosis, a powerful tool for self empowerment.

My Approach

My approach is grounded in empathy, compassion, and respect for my clients. I believe that each person's journey is unique, and I always work collaboratively with my clients to identify their goals, strengths, and challenges. My approach is integrative and evidence-based and draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities.
