I offer online psychotherapy sessions supporting individuals and couples.

 

For individuals, I help my clients overcome mental health challenges and achieve personal growth,  specialising in helping clients with trauma and PTSD. In my sessions you will find a safe and confidential space to explore your thoughts and feelings. My approach to therapy is collaborative, non-judgmental, and empathetic. I believe that everyone has the capacity for change and growth and I support clients throughout their journey towards mental wellness.

 

For Couples, I offer a safe space for your relationship challenges to be discussed and brought to resolution. I provide a setting where you can both feel heard and where you can evolve your relationship to a new level of understanding and harmony, with better communication. As a trauma specialist, I can help support relationships where past or present trauma is causing difficulties.
